Standard Tile - Roxbury NJ

I did 3 bathrooms in my house in Randolph over a 2-month period. All the tiles and corresponding things for all 3 bathrooms ultimately came from Standard Tile. Based on the reviews I saw, Standard Tile was our first and turned out to be our last stop. John from the store was extremely patient and knowledgeable with me and my wife through all our purchases and I cannot be more grateful to him. Each of our bathrooms came out really well. I think the patience and politeness that John showed us was key to us being able to choose what we wanted and be happy with our choices.

I had such an amazing customer service experience at the Standard Tile in Ledgewood, NJ. Austin truly went above and beyond to help us select the role of our choice. He was patient and went to the back to bring our roles that were not displayed based off of the look I wanted. I came here months ago and was given the same exceptional experience and that made me want to return and actually purchase my tiles here. I would 10000% recommend and rave about this place as I am not an easy customer.

We had our bathroom renovated and went to Standard Tile as they were recommended. Austin was helpful from beginning to end. We told him our budget and he never tried to push anything on us that we couldn't afford. He was also helpful with picking colors and giving us opinions. He went above and beyond. Their return policy is given for each product so there are no surprises. I highly recommend ST and Austin. The finished product looks great!

Pasquale is second-to-none when it comes to customer service, professionalism, integrity, and of course, knowledge of all things tile. Even in this hyper high-demand renovation market right now, he took the time to listen and understand the vision we had for each tile project and provided just enough options to steer us in the right direction to help narrow down our selections. Pasquale was never pushy and, instead, was extraordinarily patient and accommodating at every turn. For example, not only did Pasquale provide us with several samples to take home - he even let us take home a couple of in-store display boards and ordered samples when a sample tile wasn’t available in the store. When we changed our mind on a couple of tiles at the 11th hour, he never missed a beat and provided us with options and alternatives without hesitation. I don’t say this lightly or very often, but Pasquale is a rare find these days when it comes to genuine customer service. I highly recommend giving Pasquale a visit if you are in the market for tile for your home renovation project.

Went to Standard Tile of Roxbury to find tile for a Master Bathroom remodel. Working with Pasquale was such a pleasure! We were unsure of what to pick for all the different areas.
